FIH Regent looks to further deepen its presence in the Chinese market with the planned opening of a five-star hotel in Harbin.
Despite China’s economic slowdown and the cooling property market, FIH Regent teamed up with Harbin Huahong Realty Development Co to develop the 42-story Regent Place Harbin.
In a statement FIH Regent revealed that the hotel will have three restaurants and other amenities as part of an integrated commercial complex that also includes upscale office space, movie theaters and private houses on a 400,000m2 plot of land. , the group said in a statement.
The hotel will have 284 rooms.
Aside from the five-star hotel in Harbin, FIH Regent also announced plans to open in October the Regent Place Xian and the Regent Chongqing in December.
